About the Role:
Join Now Dental as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face of our practice! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage patient interactions and ensure a smooth experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.
- Collect and verify patient insurance information.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Knowledge of Dentrix practice management software.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
- Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
